This is a family favorite at my home! Also great for any events you need to whip something up last minute. It tastes delicious and when you have the recipe and all the right ingredients it’s not too hard to make. Here is how I make this yummy Tuna pasta salad!
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 small red onion
Limes- amount to your liking
A few scoops of Mayo
Parmesan Cheese for topping
Adobo- or seasoning of choice
Black pepper if not included already in seasoning
Parsley for topping
3 Tuna (Optional) you can switch it up
2 Pasta Noodles
On stovetop boil noodles until soft but make sure not to over boil so that it doesn’t become too mushy.
Rinse and cut all fresh vegetables.
When noodles are ready to remove from the stove, use a strainer to remove water and rinse noodles with cold water.
Place in bowl of choice or aluminum tray.
Start adding all the recipe ingredients and mix together. I started with a few scoops of Mayo, tuna and cut veggies, squeezed a few lemons then the herbs and spices. Add the parmesan cheese last for the topping and some herbs on top.
Taste test to add anything else if needed to make perfect. Store any leftovers in the fridge. & Enjoy!! 🥙
