Orange & Peppermint Foot Scrub

Foot Scrubs are such a great way to make a handmade gift for anyone or treat yourself to an relaxing foot scrub. It has many great exfoliating properties and skin beneficial minerals. It gently exfoliates and buffs off dead skin cells. Helping to make skin softer and smoother. It also has Anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial benefits.

There are many different options to get creative when making an exfoliating scrubs!

I love to mix and try out different scents and organic oils for my foot scrubs, for example peppermint, lavender, and even turmeric powder can be added as well to make the scrub more of an orange color.

Make this for your loved ones or for yourself as well! It will definitely bring some relaxation into their space. Have fun! This foot scrub was easy to make and smells so good!

Ingredients and Steps to make your foot scrub

1 measuring cup of Arm & Hammer Baking Soda

1 cup of Brown Sugar

1/2 cup Coconut Oil or Olive oil

10 drops of Essential Oils

Teaspoon of water if needed for consistency

I personally like to add a sprinkle of cinnamon on top but not necessary

This recipe should be enough for one jar, if you want to make more just double the ingredients as needed.

Mix all the ingredients together until thoroughly mixed, then scoop out unto your jar of choice.

I hope this helps you find a handmade gift idea, or just a creative way to make a foot scrub to treat yourself to an relaxing spa treatment! Enjoy!
