
I love to kick-start my day with a yummy smoothie and this is one of my favorites! All the tropical fruits in this recipe blended together create a naturally sweet smoothie.
INGREDIENTS–
- 1 cup milk of choice- I used almond milk for this recipe-
- 1/2 of organic greek yogurt
- 2 cups frozen or fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 frozen or fresh banana
- 1 tablespoon fresh grated turmeric & ginger
- In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
You can add any variety of toppings to your liking sometimes I add parsley or any leaf of choice, almonds etc on top and sprinkle of cinnamon spice and enjoy! 🥤😋
