21 day smoothie challenge- Mixed berry fruits

1 cup organic frozen mixed berries of choice

1 frozen banana

1 orange, peeled and segmented

4-6 oz Vanilla Greek Yogurt or Milk of choice

Blend until smooth and enjoy! 🥤
