Pineapple infused coconut water

Coconut Water :: when we think of coconuts, we think of tropical beaches in the Caribbean and exotic cocktails. Coconuts are simply delicious and refreshing, especially fresh, and has a unique flavor that is hard to resist! this fruit contains amazing antioxidants and is a very good source of fiber, which is well known for its ability to aid digestion and overall health. With only 45 calories in a cup, coconut water is a great substitute for higher calorie drinks and has way less sugar and carbohydrates. Coco also has amazing minerals and electrolytes like sodium and potassium. Be sure to look for fresh organic when buying in a jar.

Pineapple infused coconut water

Ingredients

Pineapple Slices

Coconut water

Pineapple juice

2 mint leaves

Slice of lime

Place a pineapple slice in the bottom of your jar. Pour coconut water and pineapple juice in and stir fruit. Press on the pineapple lightly with a spoon to release amazing flavor. You can also add mint leaves and lime. Refrigerate for at least one hour you can store leftover overnight. Add ice just before serving.
